MedCitiesorganises a study visit on Integrated Waste Management on 10-12 December 2024 in Barcelona. This visit is being organized both in the contexts of:





    

  • MedCities working group on waste management, supported by the Barcelona Metropolitan Area through the COMPAS-MED project on Urban and Metropolitan
    Sustainability Policies in the Mediterranean and by the Municipality of Barcelona.
    • 






    

  • The collaboration between MedCities with GiZ Libya Country Programme on the project Enhancing regional exchanges for local service provision in Libya, aiming at enhancing the technical capacities of Libyan municipalities, through interregional exchanges and digital capacity building formats, in two selected areas of interest directly linked with municipal services and policies, including waste management.
    •
