Official invitation to the second global meeting of all projects funded under the “Partnerships for Sustainable Cities” programme, taking place as we previously announced on 12-14 March 2024, in Barcelona, Spain, in cooperation with the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. In attachment to this email you will find the official invitation to the meeting as well as a concept note with more background on the event content. A detailed agenda will be shared by the beginning of February.
You can register for the event at this link. Should you need a personalised letter for visa issues, please make sure to include the relevant information as indicated in the registration link. The deadline for registrations is the 22nd of January.
Maximum two participants from each of the 57 projects, ideally from the two main partners of the project. Make sure you pass on the information to your project partners. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to accept extra participants, due to space limitations.
Don’t forget to sign up for the event in Barcelona, 12-14 March 2024. A reminder that we can only accept two participants per project, and ideally they represent the main two partners of the project.
