A new citizen science event related to ANERIS project will occur in Genova, Medcities member city, on 14th June. During the session, we will hear the presentation of Genova city council, and the UNESCO Recommendations and we will have the Restoration project – EU Mission Stefania Manca (Geneva City Council) on the stage. Also, the project BoSS – Bauhaus of the
Seas Sails will be also presented by Silvia Campailla (Geneva City Council)
As practical cases, we will lear about the Posidonia restoration: A practical successful case by University of Genova and the case of the restoration and protection of Sturla coast by Luigi Mucerino (Geoscape)
The important moment will come when ANERIS project will be presented by lead partner ICM-CSIC, thanks to Berta Companys (Embimos, ICM-CSIC)
Finally, we will celebrate a round table to discuss the recommendations
There will also be a side event on the 15th of June to promote the importance of Posidonia:
