To strengthen, through an intensive three-day visit, the capacities of Mediterranean local authorities while integrating the gender perspective, social inclusion, and the naturalisation of public spaces into urban planning and local policies.
The three-day international study visit to Barcelona brings together participants from both projects with the aim of creating an intensive space for learning and exchange. Barcelona and its metropolitan area offer a particularly relevant framework to analyse feminist urbanism, proximity-based planning, and strategies for urban greening and public space renaturalisation in an integrated way, through concrete and transferable experiences.
